• Media production
• Localization
• Social media publishing
• Content distribution
• Media operations
• Advertising
• Sponsorships
• Digital media partnerships

2. No Guaranteed Results

Digital media performance depends on many factors outside Hahabu's control.

Hahabu does not guarantee:

• Audience size
• Views
• Followers
• Engagement
• Advertising revenue
• Sponsorship revenue
• Platform acceptance
• Search rankings
• Recommendation algorithm performance
• Viral distribution
• Commercial results

3. Third-Party Platforms

Hahabu may interact with third-party platforms including social networks, advertising platforms, AI providers and publishing services.

These services operate independently and may change:

• APIs
• Policies
• Algorithms
• Monetization rules
• Account requirements
• Distribution systems
• Pricing
• Access conditions

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use Hahabu services to:

• Violate applicable law
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others unlawfully
• Distribute malicious software
• Conduct fraud
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Circumvent platform rules
• Generate or distribute unlawful content
• Interfere with the operation of Hahabu systems

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they legally own and submit to Hahabu, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting content for processing, users grant Hahabu the rights reasonably necessary to process, transform, store or distribute that content for the requested service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights necessary to submit such content.

6. Hahabu Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Hahabu and/or VeriRobot Inc. owns or licenses the rights associated with:

• Hahabu branding
• Software
• Website design
• Technology
• Workflows
• Documentation
• Original media properties
• Original graphics
• Original text
• Proprietary systems

7. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or similar results.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before relying on, publishing or commercially using it.

Hahabu does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique or free from all potential third-party claims.

8. Partnerships and Commercial Agreements

Advertising, sponsorship, production, licensing and other commercial relationships may require separate written agreements.

Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

9. Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Hahabu at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hahabu services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim warranties not expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriRobot Inc., Hahabu and their directors, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Hahabu.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeriRobot Inc. and Hahabu from claims arising from unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Hahabu after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
